Twodogs G's don't cry. They take the pain with dignity and state, "thank you sir, may I have another?"

Restore it, or this South African will join the Norwegians. Or export to South Africa. I have seen a few, almost similar but early 80's models here in S Africa. Such pick-up trucks are called a "bakkie" in this country. LDV (light delivery vehicle) in the UK?

Any welder could always chop up and create another one from any SWB, nothing more unique than that about it. Oh, would you mind sending that wood trim to me? You won't need that while killing it Here's a few shots of a factory SWB pick-up: ] ]

A fully restored truck is rairly much fun... It usually just sits or gets taken to shows, and it looks like roughneck has a few nice trucks to show or drive around on the streets. I've had more fun thrashing beat up and rusted out trucks than I've ever had driving a pristine one. Just my opinion. Cheers, Ben
