Great Experience at Expo Motor Cars!

I've posted pics in the W163 forum of the 2002 ML320 I bought but what a great bunch of guys. Byron DeBraine, the sales rep, was super. They described this car to a tee and when I got there, it had new tires, new brakes and a new belt on. It was clean as a pin and definitely a winner.

I really thought I was crazy dealing over the internet/phone, but after seeing the quality of their cars, I'd recommend them to anyone. I don't know if all their cars have new tires and brakes, but this one was road ready. The rear brakes made a horrible noise, but I fixed that Sunday. As I suspected, the pads needed the paste on the backs and the caliper tracks needed grease. Put it back together and quiet!

All of their cars are spotless. They had a 2007 ML55 AMG with 2000 miles on it. I'd like to have had it, too but a little pricey for me.

The ride from the airport was a little pricey ($75.00), but I got there in peace, not pieces. Now I'm waiting on the title. I hope it doesn't take too long because I can't tag without it.

If anyone has considered dealing with them in the past, you can rest a little easier, now.

Has anyone else dealt over the internet for a car? If so, who did you deal with and how was the experience?

My G500 was an Ebay purchase in Dallas from an Ebay seller who no longer seems to be around.  He even picked me up at DFW to take me to the truck.

Everything was straight forward and went as promised. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that his detailer left some wheel marks on the hood; and he used that spray crap in the engine compartment which held every particle of dust in place until I cleaned it away.

Yeah, I know what you mean. They put this tire black crap on the tires and every time they got wet, it slung black stuff all down the sides of the car. I wiped them down yesterday but there's still a lot on them.

Re: Great Experience at Expo Motor Cars!

I bought my CDI through the national vehicle locator on MBUSA.com. James Mercedes Center in Lexington, KY was super. Sent a few emails, looked at lots of pictures, finalized prices over the phone. No haggling, they accepted my offer and agreed to my trade value. No deposit necessary. Car was exactly as described, clean and filled with a full tank of diesel. Best car buying experience ever.
