Great way to check out the underside for mainenance items, add a little undercoating, attack a rust issue, the list is endless. Just find a wall and up you go.

With the old Porsche 356's they used to attach a round devise in which you could rotate the car on its side to remove rusty panels.

This is again the Catalan contingent of the Club Mercedes G España. Owner claimed that he was fed up of breaking CV joints (no wonder why!) and he decided to fit Patrol GR axles. For purists like me this is tantamount to sacrilege but anyone can pi$$ on his camel the way he pleases...
