This was built by Mike Halletts lot and belonged to West Sussex Airport, its been swapped for a Pinz and resold to Scotland, predelivery service being done.

West Sussex Fire Brigade bought a number of Super Gs (W461 with heavy-duty axles badged as Puch) between 1999 and 2001. These were the bulk of all the Puch Gs sold by Automovite Technik in the UK and are therefore very desirable since they are the majority of all RHD 290 GDTs in existence in the UK today.

Re: Fire Engine G Puch

And none of the Regs in the pics match your list...

I thought you had a pic that had at least two or three of the West Sussex Gs lined up side by side.

Yes you are right but the list I produced was of the Gs owned by the West Sussex Fire Brigade, whereas the G in my pictures belongs (I believe) to the East Sussex Fire Birgade. Note that is is a much earlier model (registered in 1997/98) and I presume also one of the very first Puch Gs imported into the UK. It appears in the front page of one of ATL's brochures.

Now that you say it you must be right, because I took pictures of that same G at Beaulieu (Hampshire) in 2002 and 2003.
