Arrived safely back to the U.S.A from Iraq

Hello Gwagen members,

I arrived safely back to the United States and currently in New York City from Iraq
and will be here until April 2nd.

Just wanted to share a photo of myself clearing the snow off of my Gwagens.

My Gwagen Cabrio was safely in the garage behind me and no snow touched her. ;-)

My 1986 280GE is still available for purchase (She is the last vehicle in the photo)
and I am accepting offers as I need to sell her because I have
volunteered to stay in Iraq for another year and will not return
back to the United States until March 2008.

Respectfully,

James Van Thach

Any G-photos from Iraq(forget it if it is not safe to make them public)? I know Slovak troops had some Gs down there, but I have never seen any photos, dont even know what type they were. Have you ever met our guys in Iraq?

Re: Arrived safely back to the U.S.A from Iraq

Hi there, all of your G's look great!! I just bought an 84 280 GE. It lacks the modern look of the running board, new wheels and rear wheel cover, any suggestions on how to get these?

I live in Ottawa, Canada.

Thanks

Arthur

You dont read the forum very often then I have posted pics of my fleet of 7.

ITMT welcome back, Soldiering in the USA must be very lucrative to be able to own that many Gs, well done.

roughneck,

Thank you very much! I am very happy I am able to come home to visit my parents and the rest of my family members that reside in the New England area and as well as Florida.

I joined the military on active duty once I completed Law School and I am very proud that I able to serve out of patriotism in the Infantry in the United States Army, for the people that represent the government of the United States.

My family is involved in real estate, business investments and I am involved in these ventures, that is how I attained my current status of 3 Gwagens.

Respectfully,

James Van Thach
