Having examined the one fitted to my 230.I can only conclude that to fit it 180deg out you would have to break a piece off, now that could lead to possible premature failure through cracking. on the other hand take a chance and get stranded somewhere inhospitable | ||

This occured when The I left the entire distributor too loose while driving around setting the timing (Timing marks are impossible to read with a timng light) popped out of the drive within the motor and reseated. | ||

Fixing ant throwing parts at it, and hoping that will fix it. Ask in the future, or that G is going to cost you a fortune if you continue that way. Trust me I have done it that way many years ago and it ant fun. Good luck and happy you got her running | ||
