Missing Bracket

Hello Folks. Hope somebody can assist. I am unable to find the bracket shown as number 5 on the second drawing. The way I work it out is that the bracket (5) allows the release sleeve (4) to engage when I need to select 1 gear.

Doug, I don't think 5 is a bracket. It is a point of reference when making the adjustments. That indicates the maximum forward movement of the release sleeve.
