| English instructions for brake controller cable
I picked up the infamous 66850051 cable today which allows one to override the incomplete MB brake controller with a real, adjustable, safe brake controller. Somewhere on one of these boards someone posted the instructions in German; I can use them as the installation is pretty simple. But does anyone have a PDF file of the English instructions? This cable did not come with any instructions, unlike the comprehensive manual which came with the MB hitch kit.
BTW, when I get this all hooked up and working, I will have an excellent 2002 diesel Excursion for sale, which will tow anything, and has been the most trouble free car I have ever owned.

BTW I ordered a part from oemdirect this morning, and it is actually being shipped to me from one of the nearby authorized MB dealers. Next time I'll just ride my motorcycle there - always looking for an excuse...

What is this MB brake controller of which you speak? I did not know they had one.
In the official MB hitch kit, the wiring harness includes a controller unit and a flasher unit which install behind the CD player. But the MB controller is not adjustable for towing different loads.
