| New AMG G55 Dash and Center Console
The center console is the same as the so called MBUSA MY-2007 but this is the first picture that I have come across showing the new AMG dash.

that looks nice.
the 07 our dealer has has the center section that looks like that with the navi, but the gauges dont look like that. They are still the same as in my 02.

Definitely not MBUSA MY2007 - we picked up ours last month. Gauges and steering wheel controls are not correct. Center controls (NAV, etc.) look accurate in the pictures. |

I think the old steering wheel looked perfect on the G. It was ugly as heck on the E, but looked like it belonged on the G. Now it's the opposite. |

I like the new cluster and NAV alot more than my 03, but, i agree, i like the old E class steering wheel alot more. The SL wheel is well.... too sporty, and should stay on the SL. Btw, saw an "early" 07 today, what made it special, it was white, ive now seen a total of 3, yay

I think there was a post earlier on about quite a few features being disabled on the 2007 G55 - but I don't recall what they were. But fairly positive volume control wasn't one of them.... sorry not much more help. |

maxwell, i think they were talking about the early 07 MBUSA ones... they dont have phone controls. The buttons are there, but they removed the graphics and they do nothing. If your volume doesnt work, im sure its a defect... |
