"What this means to you: The changes to the G-Class are very modest, unless you've been pining for heated front seats"

They have been standard in the U.S. for a while

Last I checked, you can get heated rear seats on a G as well. I was more lookingat the diesel stuff.

Adoni,

I own a 1997 G320 Cabrio with a powertop and the rear seats have heat available.

Re: Very Interesting - Article from Edmunds.com (U.S.)

Exactly my point, I couldn't give a rat's a** about the heated seats, my ex-gf's have always liked them but my 280 doesn't have them and I don't think twice about it. I like the diesel talk!!!

Re: Very Interesting - Article from Edmunds.com (U.S.)

edmunds has no clue at all, never has.

the fact that folks trust their info is baffling.

it's either created from myth, someones imagination, or mostly from press books given out at the auto shows to press members.

I get these books, and let me tell you, the content ends up in the mags all the time, mostly verbatim. It is put into a context of a neutral author/publisher, not!!!!
