| Radiator cap code 280GE M110
Experts, I am curious as to whether I am in trouble with my "140" radiator cap versus the "100" of which is called for by Mercedes ?

Mike, I think the higher numbers release with higher pressures. I use 120's in the diesels. The 100's are hard to find around here and that is what is called for in a 240D 123. I would find a lower pressure cap just so your system is better protected. I think that you could get them through Performance for a very reasonable price. Sean ought to have them on the shelf.
