KylePavao Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: Summer Sales Event commercials The fact Mercedes has commercials is sort of bad... I remember in the early 90's, when I watched television ALL the time, I hardly ever saw a Benz commercial. I do however remember seeing many ads in periodicals, like 80's and 90's National Geographic, Architecture Magazine(or something like that) and in lots of my mom's old magazines. They should stick to print, and keep the commercials simple: stress their history and their older, superior engineering. Maybe people will begin to trust them again. | ||

Maybe people will begin to trust them again. Totally agree. The silly fashion-oriented ads they had out a few years ago were embarrassing. MB should focus on a rational approach -- after all, they're still a German company...
